Great for medical reimbursement! August 9, 2008 zoineos (Northern California) Getting paid by medical or insurance providers requires very behaviorally focused writing, and this book provides it! I LOVE this series and recommend to everyone (especially new clinicians/trainees). I HIGHLY recommend it! Tons of examples that your can modify and use in your own prog notes.
very unsatisfied and a waste May 17, 2008 Leslie Caldwell 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought hoping that this could help me with my notes but instead got softeware that I could not use, it requires 2007 Micrsoft office 2007.A $300 software system. However, that is not advertised. It was no instructions that came with the cd to even assist you in learning how to use the software in the first place. Save your money and time.
Very helpful book November 25, 2007 B. Manning (East Coast) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I am a graduate student who is new to the process of writing progress notes for my internship. I find this book to be a highly valuable resource to construct well defined notes. It has helped me with using proper terminology for specific diagnoses.
