I'm a nursing student and I don't think this book was detailed enough. This book did not give the type of information I needed for evaluating labs. There were not interventions listed either. Iw ould suggest finding another book.
Very helpful for school. February 16, 2008 T. Ford (Myrtle Beach, SC) As a first year nursing student I need all the help I can get! This book is awesome and great for doing rationals and care plans. I especially like that it gives reasons and dx for why the lab values may be out of the normal range.
Excellent! February 9, 2008 EvInWhite (Austin, TX) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book is a lifesaver. I work in Pre-Admission testing, and need to review lab tests all the time. The book is clear and easy to use. I like the lists of what high and low values can indicate.
