Good, Solid Medicine Ball August 24, 2008

This is a good quality medicine ball. It's a good size (about 12 inches in diameter) and has a solid design; I can stand on the ball without it collapsing (I weigh about 170 lbs.). I've used this ball in a variety of exercises and haven't had a problem with it.
The ball doesn't get 5 stars from me because its surface is a bit slipperier than I prefer. If you plan on doing a lot of swinging or catching exercises with this medicine ball you may want to wear workout gloves to prevent any broken teeth, noses, or windows. At nearly $40 it's a bit pricey too, but it's still much cheaper than an Everlast medicine ball.
