Seems to work. I have taken this Levity supplement for a few years now. I believe I have a greater energy and ability to sleep soundly while taking Levity. The few times I stopped taking it, I did notice a difference of lethargy and low mood that ended as soon as I started up again.
This may not be right for everyone, but I believe I do have a difficulty absorbing and using B vitamins, so this has been helpful for me. My advice is give it a try and see if you notice a difference.
Remember that it is important to get regular exercise, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and try to get some time outdoors everyday even if only for 15 minutes. Supplements can help, but being smart about your health goes a lot further.
